irradiation process is a widely applied modern technology. gamma ray or e-beam can make product produce reactions. by controlling irradiation time, the irradiated product physical, chemical or biological effect can be controlled to meet prescribed requirement.
irradiation process is mainly used in medical product sterilization, food sterilization, polymer crosslink etc. it has many advantages, such as cold process, no residue, with package, better quality etc.
computers and plc are used in all radiation facilities to monitor the whole process. especially bft type irradiator has functions of automatic level exchanging and side changing in radiation room, and a dose increase system. the automatic control system decrease human fault probability and provides quality assurance for the irradiation process.
